Silver is most effective on the werewolf when in wolf form; however, if i shoot you with a silver bullet or stab you with a silver knife, it could kill you just as dead.

All silver in any form is supposed to be effective in warding off the werewolf.

I have yet to see anything that says you can cure being a werewolf. But maybe someone else has something on that.

Neither, silver harms them as much as any other metal.
It is a lie.
Then again, wouldn't a silver bullet to the head rip the brain apart? Of course it would. Even the heart!
Once these organs are destroyed, the werewolf would be unable to change, most dangerous of all:
Silver burns some werewolves' lycanthropic cells (depending what kind of werewolf they are).

Any silver will work. All is dangerous to the werewolf (in both wolf and human form).

There is no way to break the curse besides death.
