I'd really worry if your neighbor actually had a grape TREE!!! Grapes grow on VINES!
It would be your grape. You might want to keep it and grow another grape tree!

If there's only one possible answer, why are you asking here? You'll get five or six or more answers, and that won't do at all. For example, if a grape from a neighbours tree (vine?) falls into your yard, it will most likely belong to the first wild creature that comes along. At least it would if you lived in our town. We've got ravens galore and have had a serious bear problem this year. Enjoy your grape ... if you get there first.

ok i have a book about stuff like this. but instead of a grape vine (where did you find a graep tree?), the example is a peach. if the fruit lands in your yard, and it fell from ur neighbors tree, it is yours. but if you were to prune the tree, you have to have the tree owner's permission. But why would you do that if u got a free peach/grape and u could grow your own tree?

If your neighbor has a grape "vine" any grapes or vines on your property are yours. Some state or city laws may differ.

Yes, I believe it's your grape. I wonder... if your neighbor's kids threw a ball into your yard, would it be your ball? Hmmm.
