I need some besides The Ring, The Ring 2, White Noise, Pulse, When A Stranger Calls, Disturbia, The Village, Signs, or the 6th Sense. No R-Rated please! Classics are wonderful, my favorite are mysterious ones but i really don't care that much!

for my area i'm a brilliant fan of the authentic horror movies. it particularly is, the classics; Bela Lugosi, Frankenstein, etc. although i comprehend as a teenage woman you in all probability have not have been given any appreciation whatsoever for those movies... There particularly are no extremely frightening movies that are rated PG-13. If something is suitable for a 13-year-old to work out then it could no longer precisely be very frightening at the beginning, can it?

The Grudge movies are P-13!? I did not know that! I will agree with that answer. The Grudge is an EXCELLENT scary movie. Other than that, probably no others! Especially the new 1408 one.

If The Shining is PG-13 then that would be a good movie but I think it might be R.

Ghost Ship, I was pleasantly surprised by that one it was very good.

I'd also suggest Mimic (only the first one), Pitch Black, The Cell, and, if you don't mind hokey, Trilogy Of Terror.
