Sid Vicious - Sid has the best Powerbomb in the business and was one of the first to use it in the United States (actually, he was the first person I saw use it back in the pre-Skyscraper days).
Sid has health on his side, while Nash is in as bad shape as Hulk Hogan. Sid still has the "Rule The World" gimmick. Since he's been in and out of various wrestling promotions, it hasn't gotten stale.
As fae as Charisma goes, Nash has Vicious beat but when you have the look that Sid Vicious has (the vicious psycho maniac look), charisma can go out the window in a rare case like Sids'.
Sid should stay off the mic, regardless of whether you think the "half a brain you do" promo was scripted or not, Sid has never been a good person to interview. He's more of a yes/no man. Ask him to elaborate and he's likely to start crying from confusion. Don't let him see you laugh at him though, he'll deliver the best powerbomb in the business on you. When you can get over on your wrestling maneuvers and don't need mic skills, that is something special. How many Big Guys out there can get by only on looks, without any need to use a mic? There are only a few, Yokozuna and Kamala are two that come to mind ... Andre, Show, even Khali has to do some talking to even be remotely over with fans.

Sid is better than Nash, but Big Daddy Cool Diesel is better than Sid. Diesel rules!

nash is funnier and sid is a better wresler, but in opinion i like nash better cause of his career and the friends he chose along the way

Physco Sid is better.
He has charisma and a lot more ability in the ring. Plus Sid was healthy until that fateful day in WCW (screw you John Laundurits, i think thats his name).
