d link wireless for laptop...no idea please help!!!?

i have no idea how to set up wireless on my laptop...it said limited or no connectivity but now nothing happens please help! i don't know what encryption to use or anything like that...simple instructions if that is enough possible

i installed the router but there was no encryption key

You need you encryption key, whoever programmed the router should have it.

usually its already set.. u just have to find wer the wireless link is on ur laptop.. then if u want to receivefiles from another IR link device, just have to place the devices face to face.. =D
