The wireless signal on me and my roommates laptop used to be at full strength (5 Bars), but suddenly today, it is barely at 2 bars. Any ideas?

make sure your wireless is firewalle as people within 300 metre radius can piggy back your connection making it slow as you see your freind on a cable connection is secure so from what you say it all points to your firewall run norton on it make sure your connection is secure all the best :)

Are you sure you have secured your wireless connection with a Password and a key ? Someone could be stealing your bandwidth if you are not running a secure wireless connection.
Set up Wep or WPA in your wireless router and apply that username/key in your wireless network program.

Possibly others have gotten onto the line, making it busier. Or also your software/hardware may be getting old. Or plain and simple, the isp is having some problems.

Sometimes it just happens. It could be interference from some outside signal, or it could be that you just need to reboot your laptop or the modem.

nicely, to me it feels like the challenge is on your prompt get entry to. it may nicely be questioning that the consistent incoming packets from the game are a hack attack, and closing down the portal. attempt getting into and 'forcing' the port to stay open. both that, or purely skill cycle (close skill off for 5 - 10 secs.) and also attempt to be back in agency.

the signal being transmitted may be temporarly weakened by something blocking it, or maybe they are doing maintenence on the line
