Gabriel Brothers has some nice stuff.. even name brand for really quite cheap. we have about 3 with in an hour from were i live but i don't know if there nation wide. ROSS's dress for less also has name brand that is really cheap i have gotton some cute things for under 6 bucks and when they have clearance its like 1-4 dollars...

do you have constantly 21 in houston? charlotte russe? tjmaxx? for my area, i bypass to the thrift shop and thats optimal inexpensive. while you're literally not into that, look into classic or consignment shops on the brink of you, they only settle for mind-blowing outfits, and that they gained't be so commercial as city.

Wet seal has really cute things and is a lot cheaper. You might also try a thrift store...trust me, you can find really cute things if you look long enough.

make it yourself... learn how to saw and embroider... i bet you can make really cute things.
