im 37 weeks pregnant and i cant stop cleaning its driving me insane its all i think about and im actually a really dis organized person but i cleaned the house today from 10 in the morning till 9 tonight has anyone else been feeling this way

One day, when I was 39 weeks along with my oldest, I got a bucket of bleach water and scrubbed the entire house. I took a toothbrush to the bottom of the toilet, I washed all of his clothes, I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the carpeting... I washed the blinds, the ceilings, everything. Nothing was left untouched... and a week later, he made his appearance. Generally nesting kicks in right before you have the baby.... and it's good, because now you know your house is germ free :D

im only 32 weeks and ive been cleaning all day everyday for the last month. so if im not nesting yet im afraid to get to that point :) but it just seems like no matter how hard i try i cant get the whole house clean in one day...and by the time i finish one end the other is messed up (i also have a 14 month old daughter)

With my first I scrubbed floors on my hands and knees and my mother came in and said OH, no the baby is going to be here by the weekend. She was! With my son I was on bed rest and made my daughter then 13 and husband clean for me. I just refolded all of the baby clothes.
Their is something to the nesting thing and just go with it. It is much easier than having to do baby laundry when you come home with a new little one.

lol there more kids u have the less this happens with my 1st i must of changes the babys room 10 times ,,, good luck wont be long now and just think you will be able to come home to a clean house with a new bub ,,, im on my 4th now neasting has worn of some what lol

i am also 37 weeks and the same with me i cant seem to stop cleaning out cupboards and filling cabnets that i would never normally do.. EVER. so the end is near.

im almost 40 weeks and i did my nesting 3 weeks ago.......i wish it would come bacck i think i need to do it again but i have no energy.....:( lol
