The elemental symbol for bread would have to be Bd as B, Ba, Br, and Be are all already being used!

Seriously, bread is not an element!

C, H and O,(from the flour, water and carbon dioxide)
Na and Cl (from the salt)

N.B -the atoms from the compounds are represented above, each compound don't have the same atoms
