The motherboard you posted has a very good chipset for Core2 Duo. It is not a good idea to put your old tech and low performance Celeron in there. Processor options for that board would be:
Cheap= E2160
Better= E4400/E4500
Great= E6600, Q6600 (quadcore) and if motherboard has 1333mhz fsb support, the 3.0Ghz E6850.

Video card options:
Cheap= Geforce 8400GS or 8500GT
Better= 8600GT or GTS
Awesome= Geforce 8800 series.

Motherboards are dependent on processors and vice versa. If you want a LGA775 processor, you will need to change a motherboard.

Check this website to find a suitable motherboard that has all the specs you need: http://www.motherboards.org/

To "get" your processor out require removing the heatsink+fan from the processor and then removing the processor from the motherboard by lifting the processor locking level. Your best bet is to download the motherboard manual, if you haven't got it, from the motherboard manufacturer's website. The manual will explain how to remove and replace your processor.

not sure what you are asking. If you have a celeron, you can't take the chip off of it and put a new processor on it. just get a new motherboard.
