Gerda is the only one I'm aware of.
Gerta/Gertie would also make sense, as Gert is a common German/Dutch short form and these would be obvious feminine forms. Also Gertrude, which is derived from the same ger ("spear") root.
This link might help: http://www.behindthename.com/php/search.php?nmd=n&terms=gerda+gerd+gerhard+gerard+gertrude+gert
Edited to add: Per some previous suggestions, Gerald(ine) does contain the same ger/"spear" root (like Gertrude), but do have separate meanings and aren't simply forms of Gerard or vice versa. Just wanted to clarify. http://www.behindthename.com/php/search.php?nmd=n&terms=gerald+geraldine

Gerard is a for of Gerald... so the feminine is Geraldine.
If you don't like Geraldine, here are some variations:
-Geralda
-Geraldina
-Gerianne
-Geri
-Gerrilee
-Giralda
-Geralyn
-Gerarda
If you are looking for a name to honour a relative, may I also suggest:
Gerra
Gervaise
Gerda
Gerrica
Gereni
Jeronima
Good luck with the name hunt! :)
