He sounds like a drunken grandfather tell you one of those "When I was your age" stories".

He sounds like Sylvester the cat with a few drinks. Why does he only give pep talks to losers? Winning teams also have pep talks, I guess that they are better ones than Lou gives.

I definately am. It isn't as annoying as watching Jim Rome is Burning, but it is up there. He is old and out of funk. His announcing during last night's game was horrible. He constantly referred to him being a coach and agreed with practically every call that Pitt made. The majority of coaches would never go for it on fourth down in both of those situations.

He is hard to listen to and his speeches really aren't a pep talk, but a comedy session. He states the obvious and reiterates it over and over again.

Thats funny I was thinking the same thing he is getting up there in age. He spits when he talks and at times I think he believes hes still coaching Jerome Bettis and Rick Mier in the mid 90s. He really needs to stop picking the Irish in the pool May is killing him.

I sure am. I can't imagine any coach actually giving a pep talk even remotely simillar to his. They aren't really peppy. And most of the time they don't really make sense.

Screw him. He and Saban invented football and if you don't believe me just ask 'em. I don't want to go out and play a game after that crap he puts out, I want to give him a hug and tell him its nap time...but definitely not a very inspiring delivery.

Poor guy needs speech therapy. Most of what he says doesn't make any sense, anyway.
