Are your parents still alive?

Unfortunately both of my parents died in a car accident this year.

I've posted this question once before. I'm just hoping for some more answers.
Thank you.

Gosh, I'm so sad for you. I pray they are in Heaven, with the Father.
Both parents died six months apart. My mom was dying
of cancer, and my dad died in his sleep of a heart attack.
I truly believe my dad died of a broken heart because, he
didn't want to live without my mother.
I can't wait to see them again, when we meet up in the air.

God Bless You, Sweetie, and my prayers are with you.

I am 53 years old my birth mother passed the day before my 19th birthday. I have never enjoyed my birthday or Thanksgiving since. My father has remarried and they are both still living that goodness. I am 53 the are both 76. I will be devastated when they pass. I feel very blessed. I thank God everyday. Sorry about your loss if you need someone to talk to I would be happy to chat with you.

Hi! So sorry for your loss! My father died of bone cancer in 1991. My mom is alive and she is living with me. She is elderly and I am taking care of her. I do not know what I would do without her. She has been the backbone of our family! I had some pretty remarkable grandparents that I miss dearly too!

First of all I would like to say that i am sorry for your lost and I will put you in my prayers. Unfortunately my parents are still alive, and I am grateful for them. I can imagine a little of how that feels because I lost my grandmother who was like my mother. No one can replace them. Just keep God in your life and he will continue your memories of your parents and that love for them. yes of course they will be missed but remember you had the chance of being in their lives and that is a gift from God.

No, my mother died when I was in first grade...let me get the calculator (many years ago). My dad is alive but might as well be dead as he is not a father to me even though he's still in my family circle.
It's very hard, I understand. They will be with you in spirit and you may even see them in spirit. But, you are living and you have to learn to lean on others for your needs. It's very lonely and a tough road. I understand. You are loved...just not in the bodily sense that you desire. You have to be strong - that is what they would want of you.
You're welcomed to ask more questions.

Thank God, yes. I'm really, really, sorry for your losses. I kno it probably doesn't make it any better, but i hope you feel better.

This guy my friend knew (in High School) lost his sister, his mom, his girlfriend, and his grandpa, in a car crash (he doesn't have a dad). All at once. Now he's living with his grandma. They were hit by a drunk driver on their way back from his basketball game.
