Anger comes about when a person initially experiences fear, anxiety, frustration, humiliation or some kind of other painful emotion. Because the emotion is so painful, they get "angry" as a way of showing others or themself that they have been hurt some how.

ther can be thousand visible causes.. but one cause tat rules all is the "weakness of mind" .... its always difficult to accept tat u r weak but tats the real cause of anger.

(give me one situation where this logic fails n i will proove u wrong..)

but like every prob in world this has solution too.. there r ways to get rid of this weakness..if u r serching those ways ask in ur next question

Certain activities / actions and words which are displayed , and are not to our likings , causes our emotion to agitate, esp things are within our reach/ control and resulted in failure or not to our expectation.. Anything that causes our blood pressure to surge causes dis orientation leading to mental violence!!!!!!!!!!

a feeling of self helplessness causes anger... when u r unable to do things yrself or make other do what u want.. we get angry.
