Because you expected money for alcohol which was unacceptable.
Also when you cleaned the windshield you didn't get permission first and you used dirty water which left filth on the windshield that later had to be cleaned off.

I don't pay for anything that I don't ask for. If someone does it anyway, it's free. If you don't say up front "I'll do this for x amount of money," then you are doing it for free. All items must have a price tag or I don't pay. It's also rude for you to touch my car without my permission. You'd get shot in certain places if you did that.
