Most doctors do not know much about migraines. Her sayin git might be a migraine is probably wrong here. I have suffered from migraines since I was six and I am now in my thirties. If you had a migraine - You would have known about it! You would have been in agony, massive pain in your head, light sensitivity, possibly throwing up (although you don't have to - I don't throw up, but I get real dizzy). Basically all you can do is take whatever heavy pain pills you can and crawl into bed with the room as dark as possible and wince in pain until you can sleep most of it off. The migraine can continue for several days. But it's just like regular headaches, nothing like the time it first hits you. So I have had headaches for days, in fact I have a small one now. I probably have head pain of some sort 4 out of 7 days a week. I get headaches as well as crazy painful migraines. My advice to you is to. 1. Drink more water. Drink lots. You must not be hitrated well as that can give you head pain, not drinking enough. 2. Find the pressure points on your hand. Look it up on google, there is a pressure point you can press and move your thumb around on that can lower the pain a little. 3. Take some exdrine over the counter extra strong headache pills and see if that helps. If it continues, see a doctor that knows a lot about headaches.

I normally have a headache every day - I have TMJ so headaches are normal for that.
And if I have a rare day, where I don't have a headache, my brothers will help me out to make sure I have one by the end of the day.... anyone want some brothers?!

The other night when i found out Karen(lips)was a player and played me for a fool.I tried to be nice to someone and this is what I got a major headache.
