i wached a movie when i was little, about when earth had lost most of it's water, and somebody was hogging the little that was left. i specificly remember a scene where a certain bad guy sucked the water from a lacky and then drank it. if it helps, a girl in a tanktop started the movie off, and there was a dance -musical number in the movie. i just want to know the name, but if you know the year that it was made,that'll be great.

EDIT: The guy above me is right...it's Tank Girl. But you should find Ice Pirates. The Earth dries up in the future and water is the new gold. It's kind of a cult classic.
Tank Girl is good. Naomi Watts is incredibly hot in it as a nerdy brunette.

Scott is right. It was "Tank Girl". A 1995 film based on the Tank Girl comic book, created by Alan Martin and Jamie Hewlett. It was directed by Rachel Talalay and stars Lori Petty as Rebecca Buck, aka the eponymous Tank Girl. The plot revolves around the fact that Tank Girl and her rebel group are attacked by Water & Power, a powerful force that controls the remaining water on a dystopian Earth, led by Kesslee (Malcolm McDowell). A young girl named Sam (TG's boyfriend's daughter, as it's revealed in The Making of... book) is abducted and the story revolves around TG's quest to save her and seek vengeance against those who killed her crew with the help of Jet Girl (Naomi Watts), Sub Girl (Ann Cusack), the rippers and Booga (Jeff Kober), who has a noticeably different personality than in the comics.

It's Tank Girl.. Malcolm McDowell was so ... hmm.. strange when he drank the water.. He plays such a great bad guy. and the musical number was Cole Porters Let's Do It..

its tank girl, yea it came out in 1995,
i remember her haircut and her kinda cute raspy(ish) voice, i had the soundtrack, i was really young back then,lol.
it was based on a comic book.
