James is for a boy and yes Patricia was my grandmothers name.

Those are all nice, although Kate is just a nickname. It should be Eleanor Catherine.

Is James for a girl? I don't care for it. You might use Jameson. Just as Emerson is popular these days, it has that surname feel that makes it a bit more gender neutral. Jameson Rose is a great combo.
Eleanor and Amelia are nice; I don't care for is Bridget Patricia. Bridget is okay, but Patricia sounds a little outdated, even in the middle name slot. Maybe you're honoring a grandmother with that name? If so, I'd use it anyway. If not, I'd choose something else.

and Bridget and Patricia don't go that well together.

Don't think Bridgette Patricia sounds right for some reason. Would probably get used to it. The name James would sound real good with David, as in James David and I love the name Amilia Rose.

Bridget Patricia is okay. I honestly don't care for it.
Eleanor Kate is also just okay.
Amelia Rose is a beautiful name!

i think patricia is good first name and so is bridget but elanor is little old and i don;t think thats a good name amelia is different but its a decent name
