Pardon my ignorance once again!LOL.[I know Iman will,j/k]

But what is the official language of Egypt and do you use that language here or do you speak a dialect of it?

I have been trying to pronounce the words well some of it and am finding it very difficult, lol.Thought I was gonna bite of and swallow my tongue in one case, lol.hey I am NOT making fun of your language ok.

I speak what is refered to as Vernacular Trinidad English.
Its broken English really but with a mixture of African,French,Spanish and Creole. If you are not from the Caribbean, you may find it difficult to understand.

Eg.De ooman ha he under tootlebay.[he is in love with a woman]

Arabic is the official language spoken here but there is a slight difference in many words that makes it uniquely Egyptian /Arabic. Many people speak English and or French as these languages are taught in schools.
I am an Australian living in Egypt and "attempting" to learn Egypt. Evidently my accent sounds quite funny to my Egyptian family as I find I am often asked to say something in Arabic just so they can have a laugh at how it sounds. I don't mind it is all just in fun.
I love your dialect it sounds great and always reminds me of Jamaican.

like i mean i dont know alll my arabic cause i moved to usa.. an now that i left egypt for a while i forgot a lil of it.. but .. its still kinda easy to me jus americans dont really have an accent so its more harder on them to proounce the words with a slang in it.. like here is an easy word... bas.
(bess)-stop
(habibi)-my love,darling etc
