I cover vast distances, swimming with ease, and I am moving very very quickly . it's quiet and the night is so beautiful . what does this mean

On occasion, I dream that I am standing up but floating only inches above the ground. I move effortlessly and glide to where ever I want.
I have no idea what they mean but I hope your and my dreams like this never go away.

swim in a swimming pool under the moonlight
i have done that and it is very relaxing
