Without the chance of being killed? Hardly dangerous then is it? It is the element of risk that makes dangerous things thrilling, that and overcoming the fear. Otherwise, all you have is a theme park, which is fun without doubt, but it won't leave you with a feeling of triumph that you would get from doing something real.
