There is a pixel that is stuck in red. So i take a towel and a stylus, and the turn the monitor off, put pressure on the pixel, and turn it back on. It goes away...... for that day. Problem is, the next day it's back. Does anyone have an idea of how to permanently get rid of the stuck pixel.

Thanks

Give this site a shot and run their "fix" program for stuck pixels.

Hope this resolves your problem.

Go to the control panel, find the monitor, and delete all the drivers.

Hey, there won't be a stuck pixel anymore!

Just kidding. Never do that. I agree with Dick.
