> it just depends on the person. some people use ********* as a tool for manipulation. some people just appear that way but are actually really caring people. i don't have a problem with cocky people. i feel i'm pretty cocky myself =)

i think this is a personal question. I don't think girls should ask other people their opinions of if they, that person, are fat or ugly, because that's an OPINION question. Those are insecurities about themselves that they deep down know they have but also know that people will not answer harshly on. Because, lol, honestly, i think 80% of people will answer, "NO! YOU'RE NOT FAT" right? So they use your answers in hoping that they can hear it enough to believe it themselves. I think that people like that need to have more self-esteem and learn to accept or change things in their lives rather than living with things that challenge them and make them more reasons not to like themselves in that way.

Beautiful, but not intellignet?
I think there are two types of beautiful: beauty that is seen with the eyes and then true beauty. I believe in true beauty and I believe that a girl that is attractive to the eyes but not intelligent is just another pretty girl. a girl that is both smart and beautiful has more going for her than a pretty girl does. heck, i think that a truly smart girl has more going for her than a pretty girl! knowledge is power. i think that if you live wit beauty being your highest advantage and you depend solely on that beauty that you're screwed and you're gonna end up having other people help you run your life.

I've never really met one of those. hehe. but you know, i had a friend that once said, "Yeah, my older brother always has ugly girlfriends but they always have really nice personalities." So to each their own. good for that guy, you know? I love a person that can humor with me, make me laugh, keep me going. The book I recently finished had said something like, "As beauty goes with age, I fall in love with her intelligence more as we age."

a flirt. lol. flirts are usually called a lot of names. but I think people who "go out" (as in boyfriend-girlfriend) with too many people or get back together with the same people all the time receive less respect from me. I don't take them seriously for their relationships. flirts can be people who don't want to give themselves up too easily, people who love or can't help being single, or simply that she hasn't found the right one yet.

What do you think of somone who looks serious and quiet?
Serious and quiet are two different things. The combination can be twice as deceiving. when I speak out professionally, i keep my tone and attitude mature. I give whole and detailed questions and I debate, and I won't socialize too much. I am serious. I've been called and thought to be quiet before, by a guy that had a thing for me because he said "I like quiet girls." Quiet is something that I am generally not but something that I can be.

First thing i think all are needed in moderation! but i will answer to my best.

cocky about themselves? Good for times when others walk on you - bad if you continue to do this it makes you stand out in a bad way because of the attitude that goes with it most of the time is selfish and acting like their are better.

self conscious and ask a lot if their fat or ugly? Not really good at all unless your trying to manupluate someone - these types can do very well at that and get what they want however they lack true friend ship because others may just take advantage.

Beautiful, but not intellignet? beauty is one the eye of the beholder.. everyone has some sort of beauty about them .. but ify our talking like paris hitlon i wouldn;t call her beatiful but half the world does so she has no sence do you think she is good or bad. or have you labled her something else?

.... Being wise spiritually is quite different from being wise in a materialistic sense. All your efforts begin to focus on a person who is standing in a corner of a street looking forward to your compassionate look and little help. You start feeling immense pleasure in giving rather than gaining. The extension of your emotional arm to a needy, the compassion which you display in your eyes for the person in distress, the help which you extend to a poor, will certainly fulfill the purpose of your life. Who would like to miss such an opportunity to become a wise person, spiritually except a silly person like me ? ....
