Monarchy is on the way out thrugh out the world.Monarchy is being replaced by democracy. You cannot go back.Nepal,Sikkim Bhutan ,out of the three Sikkim is now part of India,With Nepal going democratic, the only monarchy left in Asia will be Bhutan. You cannot save King Gyanendra,he lived a lavish life, was unconcerned with life of the people. He squandered liberal aid received from India. What is happening is that democracy is not going to stay in Nepal. The communist,Maoists are getting upper hand in administration and China may ultimately annex Nepal, like Tibet. As India is neither vigliant and unconcerned with happenings in Nepal and Myanmar,China may take over these countries and establish Chinese domination inAsia.Hindu culture prevailing in Nepal and Buddhist influence in Myanmar will be a thing of the past in next few years.
