T.O. - At least he is consistent at the receiving position. He was a league leader in San Fran and helped them get to the playoffs multiple times. He traveled to Philly where he got the Eagles over the hump and into the Super Bowl while giving McNabb Pro Bowl numbers. He goes to the Cowboys and lead the league in TD's and makes Romo look like Aikman. He may drop passes, but in the end he doesn't just give up on plays. He may be an off-field hazard, but that doesn't mean he can't play. Throw a quick screen to him and he could take it for six, Moss couldn't. Moss couldn't even produce in Oakland and gave up on routes and even attempting to stop the defender after the interception. If you watch most of his plays it is just a streak to the endzone. T.O. can run great routes, catch the ball, then turn up field and burn you. He is a good blocker and can even bring the hit. Moss had bad off-field issues as well and didn't always get along with his QB's, but T.O. brings an explosion to an offense.

T.O. because he's more complete. He's a better blocker, more physical and stronger than Moss despite Moss is bigger.
Moss has better numbers, but T.O. is more valuable for an offense because he does much more than going deep all day.

T.O. blocks and goes across the middle
Moss doesn't...
The both play the deep ball well and are go to guys who can change a game on a single play.
