As a level 4 it is important that you learn to conduct yourself with a dignity appropriate to your rank. I recommend you sharpen up your basic look but also add a touch of authoritarian austerity. Sort of a corporate Mr. Responsible thing,but with a flair. As you move up you can go for something more relaxed but right now the issue is credibility meets stature.
