He had a bad year, due to various injuries, such as an injured shoulder while hitting the wall trying to steal a homerun. His contract has expired with the Atlanta Braves and according to team officials they will not try to resign him due to his agent (Scott Boras) demanding they pay him for 5 years at 20 million a year or so.
