Sorry, but there almost no success stories to be had. Few if anyone has any success with it. It is for the most part a scam. I don't know anyone that wanted their vasectomy reversed, but everyone has a friend of a friend that knows someone. I know of only two, and neither one worked.

Odds of success are about 25% across the board. Unfortunately doctors don't tell you that, because they are counting on you throwing money at them.

The problem is a mans immune system normally does not know about his sperm. When he had a vasectomy the surgeon got some of the sperm into his blood stream. This is even more likely if he had the newer vasectomy types that don't cauterize the ends.

His immune system becomes aware of the sperm. Once his immune system is aware of the sperm, it will "seek and destroy". For the most part this is not an issue, so long as if he does not want kids.

When a reversal is done, the surgery requires even more tampering with his reproductive system. Thus his immune system is exposed to more of his sperm.

His immune system will kill and/or weaken his sperm. That is why vasectomy reversal seldom works.

There are still unethical doctors that will take your money.

Honestly all they are selling is false hope. Didn’t you wonder why most of the doctors that do this are foreigners? Did it surprise you that most of them offer financing though foreign banks?

You are far better off getting TESE. At least there is a chance that you will get something for your money.

Sorry to give you the bad news.

I have a friend who had the procedure done four years ago and just found out there is a blockage in the vas deferans. He is going in for another surgery in a few weeks to open it up again. He and his wife (second marriage) are trying to conceive and his count has been dropping which is how they found the blockage.
