hey pls i need help, for 5 months now i have seen my peroid and i have done pergnace test and blood test all nagative but my dorctor says that there is testosterone in my blood,pls dose it mean am infected ?

You can see they are very similar. Men and women have both in their bodies. In fact, before 11-12 weeks of age you can't tell a female fetus from a male fetus.

It is normal to have testosterone in your blood in a very small amount. However, too much can be a problem for women just like too little estrogen can as well. The level of it is what matters and your doctor will talk about it with you.

Testosterone is the hormone that's predominant in males. HOWEVER, females DO have testosterone. I don't know if it's supposed to be in the blood however. Your doctor told you, so ask them!
