Feed your mind, spirit or body!
To feed your mind, read! Here's some suggestions: Harlan Ellison, Shakespeare, Mark Twain, Robert Frost, Emily Dickenson.
Do the New York Times crossword puzzle, or a word-search, or sudoku. Nobody ever went to their death-bed saying "I'm glad I didn't think too much"!
To feed you spirit, create! Paint, write, sculpt, draw, make music, cook, express yourself artistically! Lots of people use the excuse, "I can't write", but if you know the language, you CAN! Just do it! Use the words to express your feelings, your perceptions, your life.
Nobody ever went to their death bed saying "I'm glad I didn't express myself"!
To feed your body, exercise! Take a nice long walk, go for a bike ride, take a karate class, do yoga. Nobody ever went to their death bed saying "I'm glad I didn't take care of my body"!
You only get one chance on this planet...make the best of it for yourself, and make yourself known. Leave your mark!

Well I guess it depends what things you enjoy the most or what you like to do.
I usually like to listen to my favourite type of music as this helps me to relax, be in control and focus my thoughts.
A cool site you could try is www.gh.ffshrine.org which has some cool mp3 tracks. Especially gaming soundtracks if your into those.
I often like to play video games and the genre sometimes depends on the time of day and how I feel at that time. If it's late or early in the morning I might try some horror or action to give myself a bit of a thrill.
Same thing goes if I feel like watching a film or episode. A good site for this is www.tv-links.co.uk which has a selection of different catogories of films, tv shows, anime, cartoons and music videos and it's free.
Sometimes I like to browse on different forums, see different topics and check out people's opinions on things.
It's also an idea to keep things simple until feelings of boredom subside as it's like a state of mind on hold.
I don't know if this helps in any way, but try things out and see how you feel.
