29 weeks pregnant what should i do or take for my gas and acid build up????

TUM TUM TUM TUM TUMS!!! They are not bad because they have calcium in them and they are very mild. Pepto works too

You can take TUMS but only up to the recommended dosage for pregnant women which is quite low.

You can take simethicone for the gas as it isn't really absorbed into the blood stream.

Papaya enzyme or a few slices of dried papaya are also said to reduce acid.

I hear tums is actually one of the safest "drugs" to take during pregnancy. As for gas I don't think it helps with that.
Speak to your doctor first but there are definitely herbal teas that help with gas. I'm not far along at all and my gas is so bad it keeps me awake at night. It has a really distinct smell too that doesn't change. (TMI sorry)
I think its because I can't go and the pressure has to be relieved somehow.

Find a good anti acid tablet like Rennie or Quikeez

what ever you want or the toddler needs. i help as a lot as i can. milk is sturdy for you and the toddler, any milk products, like yoguat,rice pudding,bread pudding,jello.salad tom any form of dressing what ever you want. any form of meat like warm dogs fries pizza, chicken fish ice cream in case you want. soda if agree's with you. in case you want espresso be careful with caffee purely a million cup. any form of beverages you may have. perchance v8. back what you experience like having. and also you probably did not say if is your first or not. buti lengthy gone with the bypass dring my being pregnant. for breakfast any form of eggs oatmeal grits hashbrowns. sparkling fruit in case you want it. o perchance can frut, sparkling veg if not bypass to frozen. the can has to a lot salt. stay faraway from salt will be risky to you and the toddler. use mrs sprint or no salt to the toddler is born. rice white or brown rice. can bypass on and on.attempting to furnish you a coaching guide line to make it common for you.sturdy success

hell yeah! and its not fun is it? you can safely use tums or roliads. I have that problem and i'm only 6 weeks.
