This is an angled projectile problem. You have all the needed data to calculate the distance where the motorcycle will land and that is what you need to see how many buses the cyclist will jump over.
You can use the final formula (the process of of getting the formula is long and redundant here):
D = v0*v0*sin(2*alpha)/g
which gives 57.58 meteres as the final result. Divide by the number of buses, and you get >21 bus< as the answer.
