Randy Moss has all the tangibles. He is faster, got better hands, and more hops than T.O.
But T.O., for all his stupidity, plays with more heart. He is also stronger and will try to punish people who tackle him.
If I had to chose between these two I'd take T.O. (Even though I'm a cowboy hater)
I like Marvin Harrison more than both these guys.

Moss is a bit slower but, He is the better receiver of the two.
