Ok...Im pregnant...I had sex at the end of March...But whyyyy is my ob/gyn saying my due date is at the End of November!? That doesn't make any sense to me...and Im really worried b/c I don't want my baby to be born TOO early, and November does indeed seem kind of early...or is it still possible? Also, I dont have periods so he wasnt able to calculate my due date by that...Why is it so early though!? Or is it on time by any chance?

they calculate from your last period....so taking that into account your last one would have been mid marchish...so that sounds close to right......they can only guesstimate anyways and they may change your due date as well......hope this helped a little.....congrats btw

the 'due date' is worked out in a number of ways, and it is not often correct, my friend just recently had a baby boy, and every doctor she saw gave her a different due date! As you get further along with your pregnancy they may even change the date, it is worked out as to the date the doctor thinks you will have the baby, not how many weeks or months it was since you had sex! As the baby develops, they may think that you will have the baby earlier, or later, depending on the rate at which the fetus is developing! Congratulations, by the way!

Maybe you were already pregnant when you had sex in march?
Both measuring your tummy and ultrasound will give you more of an exact than your period anyway.
My period date put my due date at 2/11
ultrasound put it @ 2/19...throughout the pregnancy ultrasounds and belly measurements all stayed consistent. She was born 2/28 via induction because she was 9 days over due and I'm no spring chicken.

if you had sex at the end of march meaning you were ovulating around that time to get pregnant means that two weeks before u should have menstrated that still seems early yeah unless did they do ultrasound or a blood test by any chnace maybe you are further along then you think.

That's 8 months, and many doctors begin to approximate the actual date as earlier for certain women. For example, are you overweight? This can trigger early delivery, thus causing your doctor to estimate that date.
