Is an under graduate a person who comes straight from high-school, cause am a junior and am looking up colleges, and i keep seeing under graduate things and whatever. By the way am going into Graphic Design and Animation, if you can help me with that i'll deeply appreciate it.

An undergraduate is someone who is in college and has not yet gotten a bachelor's degree, so it includes both those right out of high school and those who might transfer in from a community college as juniors. Once you get your bachelor's degree, you are a college graduate, and if you go on for another degree, like a master's or a doctorate, you are considered a graduate student.

an undergraduate is a someone not going for a masters or PHD. They call school after you have a bachelors, graduate school. So your going to be an undergraduate.

It is very weird. But yes, You are an undergraduate until you get you get your first Bachelor degree.
