The Giver is my favorite book of all time and I'm 23! Haha. Ever since I first read it back in elementary school I loved it.

personally i loved it! my sister read it in middle school as a class book and the books were old and they were getting new ones so the students were allowed to keep their copy and when i read it when i was in middle school i fell in love with it and reread my sister's copy often!!!!
i think that you either hate it or you love it because i thought that it was one of the best books ever written and my sister hated it.
i think that the rules make it so interesting and thinking "what if that really happened?"
i love how Gathering Blue and The Giver lead up to Messenger and how they connect with each other.
it was an amazing book
