Just because you ask it again, the answer doesn't change! There are almost no freshwater aquatic crabs, if there were, the Goldfish would eat it, or it would attack the Goldfish. Nocrabs4u!

I had a crab in a 15 gallon fish tank when I was a little girl. He was about the size of a nickel when I got him. Within a year, he was the size of a racket ball. And he kept growing....and all the time he kept catching ALL our fish including our goldfish that were 3-5 inches long.

We finally gave him away to a friend that had a large tank with large fish.

He was cool to look at, but he ate at least $100 worth of fish (probably more) easily.

I don't know what kind of crab he was, but I saw some in Walmart last month and they're tiny....for now....
