Just wondering,if an argument contains the phrase "it definitely follows that..." is it true that the argument is deductive? THX!

You cannot make a definite conclusion as to whether an argument is deductive or not merely by the presence of a particular phrase in it. You need to inspect the argument and determine from what kind of premises you are deriving the conclusion that "definitely follows." Keep in mind that that phrase can be included even in an inductive reasoning.
