No, because the chances of there being a race that are intelligent enough to get here over such vast distances is so small as to be zero. If they were closer than say, 100 light years, we would have picked up some non-natural electromagnetic emissions by now. Or our civilisations do not overlap technologically, given that civilisations do not last forever. See Fermi paradox, below.
If life exists elsewhere in the universe, given that for most of the existence of life on Earth, we were single cell organisms, the chances are, it is not as intelligent as us at this time. See timeline of evolution, below.

We already have had visits from outer space. Like most people you will think, if that is the case, why haven't they contacted us. Well I would put it this way. If you were from another planet looking down on Earth and watching what we do to each other( fighting, bashing, raping, killing etc.) would you want to make contact with anyone. I know for sure I wouldn't.

I don't think we'd get visits for a long time.
If you had the technology to travel through the universe quickly and reliably, would you seriously put effort into coming to a shitty backwater planet full of "barbarians" that can barely visit their own moon?

you already have earthling..its just we dont broadcast it cuz it would cause a panic..dont need that..we just want to observe..once finished then we will either return to zoltar (lacerta constellation) with our findings or just take over this war ravaged planet...do not look for us,,we are not dangerous..but if found we can erase your minds...oops..wait..
