its sad to say but im almost 21! yikes! is it the pig tails that give that young girl look away? and is it a bad thing?

I thought you were about 16, but when you said 20 I looked and again, and you do look about that age. I think it's the pigtails. I used to wear pigtails, I was 23 and everyone thought I was 16 too!!

at first i thought you were 15!
well, what makes you look younger is your dressing (not that there's anything wrong with it!) but T-shirts and all are meant to .. uhm make someone look more childish? oh i don't know how to explain ^^ and yeah the pigtails are kinda what makes you look younger. if you want to look older, maybe you should let your hair down/scrunch it. and you can like wear clothes from forever 21.
