Almost certainly; however, there is probably someone who benefits, too. The degrees of harm and benefit may be too small to measure.

I can't end my large pizza and the last slice is going to the trash when some kid in another place is dieing from starvation. Life is cruel.

yeah. i keep myself out of drama crap cuz it's a waste of time...my friend likes drama and is always causing problems. so...i leave her alone for a few days...she's really unstable and deppressed...so it ends up hurting her. and becuz this has happend so often...i don't care what she has to say anymore..about anything. and..she thinks i do...so...i end up having a bad day cuz i listen to her...and she has a bad day becuz i don't talk. so. yeah.

Well.... The Earth is a closed system. And, in a closed system, -all- games are zero sum. So.... Yeah, in a sense that's correct.
