Eat your favorite ice cream and watch your favorite tv show. You will feel better even for just that moment.

I have one of those customer-demanding pressure jobs.
Every hour, I take a "cigarette break."
I get up from my desk, walk into a corner, and start running-in-place.
I move my arms back and forth across my waist, hands open.
I look straight ahead.
I count 1, 2, etc. everytime my right foot goes down to the floor.
When I count 100, I stop, sit down.
And I feel FANTASTIC.
Takes less than a minute.
Others take cigarette breaks every hour, for 5-15 minutes. Since I am not allowed a hourly exercise break, I call it a cigarette break.

A good laugh. Go rent a couple of your favorite comedies.
