The best place i know of is freewebs.com. its allows people to load thier domains onto a free already made website. Plus if your new to the website making buisness, it has allot of ansewers for new poeple.

There is NO SUCH THING as a completly FREE WEB Service.
You will and are going to have to pay for one or the other.
DOMAIN NAME $$$$ a year
WEB HOSTING SERVICE $$$$ a month
SOFTWARE many offer software free for you using one or more of there services.
Trust me there is not one that is completly free. These firms are not in buisness not to make money one wat or the other.
The best I have found and at the fairest price is.
