Healthy, whatever that looks like. Guys who are so ripped that their muscles bulge in every direction, say to me that they are either a bit insecure and compensate by overdoing the workouts, or they are vain and spend way too much time trying to have that perfect body. It is a turn off. If a guy is obese, then while it isn't as attractive, the main reason why it's a turnoff to me is because the guy isn't healthy and could be "high maintenance" down the road as a result of poor health. Really, it doesn't matter what the guy looks like on the outside, as long as he has a healthy self concept and is a good and decent person. It's his personality and character that count above all else in my book.

i might only paintings on what you have already got going. for the reason which you're actually not overweight or something and you have already got some definition, there is not too plenty paintings to do. confirm that your hands and chest are properly defined. do not pass too loopy with the muscle groups, extensive adult adult males are gross. i might think of that via the summer time you need to be fairly toned and arranged for the girls.
