What do you think of Billy Joel's song "We didn't start the fire"?

....about all the historical events that happened from 1949 to 1989. I found this video put to the lyrics that is really interesting. What do you think of the events that Joel thought important enough to include in the song? Here's the video if you want to watch it. It's pretty cool, actually.

Personally, i love Joel's work, but that may come from living on Long Island, and being raised around the music.

I think WDSTF (i'm lazy, deal with it :p) is interesting, because it strays from not only his general style, but song structure in general. It really puts into perspective around 40 years of history, and what some people may think are the most important events in those times...or at least the most memorable ones.

If nothing else,
it gives you an easy way
to remember history for that period.
