Also money is not a factor to my parents. I forgot to add that my rank is 36 out of 110

The only tough nut is Rutgers., and GeorgetownBut you are very competitive there. Princeton is a very long short for you, but you should go for it IMO. Drop one of those safety schools, instead. Hope money isnt an obstacle.. Best of luck!

I'm a junior in high school from new jersey too. and i'm taking two AP classes, US History and Lang/Comp. My weighted GPA is in the 4's. You do have a good chance of gettin into any of those colleges. Colleges want a higher GPA if ur tryin to get a merit scholarship (thats wat im tryin for). and SATs are just as important as the GPA. for the SATs, the math and reading portions matter more. some colleges simply overlook the essay portion. All u need to do wen u apply during your senior year, (probably around January, thats wen most seniors apply), be sure to get good teacher recommendations. colleges base applications off a variety of things such as teacher recommendations, SAT score, GPA, extracurricular activities, etc.
If you want more info, visit the websites for the universities or visit a college fair. They're having a college fair at Middlesex County College this week, but I'm not sure about the exact day.

Why are you asking for help?
You don't need any help. You've got this in the bag.
Get ready for a awesome college experience, dude.
My problem was like yours. My grades were so good and high school was so easy, I had a ton of AP and credit from concurrent encollment at a state school. I thought college would be like that. I was wrong. It was tougher where I went (an honors program at a private univ.). But, I still graduated with honors, even after a brain injury and spending a semester in a coma.

I'm from Nova Scotia, and from what I've heard, anybody who maintains a grade of 75 or higher (our average in NS is out of 100%) is eligible to get into most any university. I'm currently in Culinary Arts at Holland College, Canada's most reputable culinary institute, and frankly, my high school grades were horrible. I think that if you keep up the kick *** work and continue to achieve as you have been, you have no worries about getting in to the top notch universities. If you have any other questions about this subject, feel free to message me.

There are other factors you need to include.
You need a good SAT score, I'd say above 1200. You also need to throw together a slamming essay on your application.
Extra-curricular activities also help, as well as a job. If you don't make those schools, there are plenty of others.

Your gpa is a teensy bit low. Have you taken the ACT yet? Get a good score on that. You have a great chance!
