I don't get paid till next Friday (19th Oct) and need access to cash tomorrow. I am totally skint. Have borrowed from family, maxed out credit card and borrowing from my Bank is not an option.

No. I have worked for two different loan sharks, I mean, pay day loan companies, and I would not recommend EVER borrowing from any company.
You have maxed out your credit cards and still haven't figured out that borrowing money isn't the answer to your problems.
Sell something. Sell everything.
The only thing you could sell is your car?
BULLSHIT! Sell your clothes, your blood plasma, your CD collection, your sunglasses, your books, your furniture, your television, and your COMPUTER!

Sell your blood, pawn your furniture, only eat one meal every other day. Anything but a payday loan. The corner loan shark will give you better interest rates.
