No, I've never been evicted,
but we did have to get the Sheriff
one time to evict some
non-paying renters that were living
in our studio apartment.
It was a very messy scene.
The apartment was empty
because we were redecorating it.
We went out of town for a few days,
when we got back
we found out,
they had just moved in.
We finally got them out,
and had to tear down the
apartment because they
had completely destroyed it.
We had to go to court,
it was such a headache.
I sold the property right before
the last hurricane.

Yes but not because of any wrong doing. Because the owner wanted to up the rent and the only way to do that was to evict me. The owner told the city that the place was going to a sibling. I was paid to relocate. So it wasn't a total loss.
