Oh, that's tough. Going through it myself deciding on making a relationship permanent and what to do with my career.
You need to weigh the pros and cons. Write them down. Rate them as to how bad or good those pros and cons are and weight them agains each other. For example, if you have 5 pros and 1 con, that does not necessarily mean the pros win. If the con is that you could die and the pros are $10, clearly the con is heavier. Then once you make a decision, don't look back. Focus only on the benefits of your decision.
