Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Navy, and Texas A&M are my top 5 with Oklahoma just missing out (honorable mention). I'm sure there are alot of other great fight songs people haven't mentioned yet that should be.
Cool question. After listening to a number of the fight song snippets on the internet, I think I'll go back and listen to alot more. Thanks.

I don't necessarily think it is the best but definetly the most played. Thousands of junior highs and high schools use it.
so my # 1 is On Wisconsin
# 2 Notre Dame Victory March- not an Irish fan but a great fight song
# 3 Yale Boola, a.k.a. Boomer Sooner - a classic that has been around probably close to 100 years
# 4 Either Navy or Army- because of what they represent
# 5 USC - hate the Trojans but love their song
